Problems - Choose it or loose to it

"Life is choosing between problems. Choose the ones you like"....Havent heard of it! Obviously, bcoz its my creation.
Lets dig into it now!. There are people who try to run away from problems but do you think its possible for them to stay away from it for a long time....how many times have we seen this in life, we feel we have escaped from a problem but the next instant there is another problem that has crept up. So does that phrase "Running away from problems" ever come true? Nope!
Lets look at various senarios...
1. There is a guy. He loves a girl. But they dont accept her at his house...he has two options, he can marry that girl and face the problems at home or marry someone else or may be even stay unmarried. But are the alternatives going to be without problems. NOPE!
2. There is an employee. As alwayz he expects a promotion. There is a stressfull and risky job coming up. He can either take it or considering it as a problem try avoiding it. But if does not take the problem up is he going to be out of problems!
We can go on and on and on with examples.
The truth remains that no one can escape from problems. They are universal and inevitable. There is not one path, place or activity in the whole of this universe which does not provide us with problems.
What if instead of running away from the problems we start choosing the ones we like.
Example in the case of the guy, he loves a girl why can he marry her and face the problems, here he chose his problem instead if he doesnt choose his problem he would be loosing her and yet get into other problems, who says there would be no problem if he marries another girl. Might be this problem wouldnt be there but there will surely be yet another problem. Same holds good in each of the situation we come across in our life.
Its better we choose the ones we like other than loose to the problems.
So what do u say? Shall we choose our problems!

There backs know more about each other than they do...

Wide eyed peering into another 800 * 600...
We talked about those people who are "alive" and who are just existing, and also an extremely good and notable comment by one of my friends (Sambath Kumar), now lets talk about those people who alive but who dont have the enthusiams of life nor the care about people around.

The number of these people are increasing at an alarming pace. These people are not those ones who are just existing, they have the passion to grow, the have the goal to reach but they do lack in something and that as i have mentioned is an enthusiam to live and a ear for the world.

There are a few professions in which many people live like this but amongst them the software engineers life is the worst and counts the highest score in the above category.

As one of my manager (also my guide and well wisher) called Sumit says "Our backs know each other more than ourself". This, I feel is 100% true. In a software engineers life, most of the time is spent looking into a computer, they dont seem to bother much about the people around them, the problems around them(which definitely doesnt include their project), and more than anything their life. This isnt exactly a problem i agree, but this definetly not u live(hope u agree).

A simple "Hi", a small smile, a "How r u?", a "Howz ur project going?", these are all formal dresses we wear everyday in the office, but if we could say the same with a little more friendly touch....dont u think it would give a drastic change in the attitude of ourself and the people around us?

Changes due to a chat..

After a long time i got a chance to meet one of my college friend on chat. His name is Venkatachalam, hez doing his MBA in IIM L. We were chatting and the topics went from the usual "Hello. How r u ?"z to things more in depth.
He started asking me how i m really improving in life and career... in other words he was trying to ask what i m i doing to prove that i m "alive"(Please read my posting on "Am I alive?" to get the full meaning of this sentence). Thanks for him. There were too many things which came out into the bright light and a few resolutions made out of this. Among them one was this that i would keep blogging more. That means a lot of articles and day to day stuffs to read on. So folks keep reading and posting ur valuable comments.

Nitya.

Am I alive?

Just a small thought that crossed my mind. But lead to a great confusion. That was a simple question "Am I alive?".
This might sound silly, and some might even blink on the question and ask "Isn't it obvious?"....well i dont think so
You see me, meaning i m still present, you can talk with me, meaning i m able to make use of my senses, i can type, meaning i can make my senses work for me....but you havent found out whether i'm "actually" alive.
Now let us come to the other part of the question that is hidden and that had to be so called obvious, "Am i alive OR AM I JUST EXSISTING?"
For those of you who dont see the difference.....the plants exsist, the strom exsists, the ocean, the sun-all exsist, but do they live do we say that they are alive? So now lets see the difference between the questions...
Exsisting means we are able to move or grow and just that. While living means exsisting and a lot more. It contains various other attitudes. It contains the pursuit to grow, the intent to make others happy, the idea of excellence, the dream of conquoring, the thirst for knowledge, the urge for love, the beauty of tomorrow, the pains of yesterday, the responsibility of today, the role in this world, the celebration of relations and lot more. Now i see that as i have mentioned the second part of the question WAS obvious. Keep thinking and posting your views on it until i get back with other issues connected with this question and the problems arising because of its ignorance.

Nitya.
